Description: Both rain gardens and bio-cells are used at this location near the Acequia Trail. Together, they are designed to allow stormwater to infiltrate into the ground which reduces runoff and flooding. They also filter pollutants carried in stormwater. The design volume for this installation is 437,153 gallons per year of stormwater based on its design volume.
